• Delay: your order will be ready within 12 working hours

Home delivery — mainland France

We ship throughout mainland France via our partner carriers:

In accordance with article L. 216-1 of the French Consumer Code, the maximum shipping delay is 30 days from payment validation.

Tracking your order

As soon as your parcel is collected by the carrier, you receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time from the carrier's site.

Delivery conditions

In accordance with regulations, the delivery of alcoholic products is strictly reserved for adults. The delivery person may request an ID.

Verification on receipt

On receipt of your parcel, we invite you to check its condition in the presence of the carrier. In case of apparent damage (crushed box, traces of liquid, etc.):

1. Refuse the parcel or write precise reservations on the delivery note
2. Notify us within 48 working hours at info@bugnazet.fr with photographs

No claim for breakage can be considered without these prior steps.

International delivery
