Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L. 221-18 ff. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any costs other than those of return.

Cases where the right does not apply

In accordance with article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

bottles unsealed by the consumer after delivery (for reasons of hygiene and health protection);
alcoholic beverages whose value depends on market fluctuations.

Any bottle whose capsule or cork has been handled is considered unsealed and cannot be returned.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a refund, returned bottles must be:

in their original condition, unopened, capsule and cork fully intact;
with an undamaged label;
returned in their original packaging or packaging suitable for wine transport.

Procedure

Notify your decision within 14 days of receipt (form above to be sent to info@bugnazet.fr).
We provide you with the return address and instructions.
Send the products back within 14 days of your notification, at your expense.
Refund: we refund your order within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned products, using the same payment method as the original order.

Return costs

Return shipping costs and risks are your sole responsibility.

We strongly recommend taking out carrier insurance: no bottle broken during the return trip can be refunded.
